AM HQ Bible Camp Graciously Concludes

On July 25, 2026, AM HQ held the closing service of the 2026 Bible Camp. During this time, participants gathered one final time to meditate on Hebrews 11, often referred to as the "Hall of Faith." After spending the week studying the lives of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph, the closing message brought all of their stories together by reflecting on the enduring faith of these ancestors. Participants were reminded that these men of God trusted His promises even when they could not yet see their fulfillment, leaving behind a lasting legacy of faith for future generations.

The message focused primarily on the life of Abraham, whose faith is presented as the model of genuine obedience and trust in God. Participants reflected on how Abraham immediately obeyed God's calling to leave his homeland, family, and everything familiar without knowing where he was going. His willingness to follow God's command demonstrated that true faith is shown through obedience, even when God's plans are not fully understood. Just as Abraham left behind worldly security to follow God's calling, believers today were encouraged to let go of earthly attachments and confidently walk wherever the Lord leads.

The congregation also reflected on Abraham's life as a pilgrim. Although God promised him the land of Canaan, Abraham spent his life dwelling in tents as a stranger in the land, looking beyond earthly possessions to the heavenly city whose architect and builder is God. His temporary lifestyle served as a reminder that the ultimate hope of God's people is not found in this world but in the eternal kingdom prepared by God. Participants were encouraged to live with the same heavenly perspective, trusting that God is preparing an everlasting home for those who remain faithful.

Another important lesson centered on the birth of Isaac through Abraham and Sarah. Even though they were far beyond the age of bearing children, they believed God's promise, demonstrating that nothing is impossible with Him. Their faith revealed that God is able to bring hope where all human hope has ended and accomplish what seems completely impossible. Through this miraculous fulfillment, God established the lineage He had promised, proving Himself faithful to every word He had spoken.

The message also emphasized that Abraham and the other ancestors of faith died without seeing the complete fulfillment of God's promises. Nevertheless, they continued to believe because their confidence rested not in what they could see, but in the certainty of God's Word. They looked forward to a better and heavenly country, teaching believers to persevere faithfully even when God's promises seem distant or incomplete.

Participants reflected on Abraham's greatest test of faith when God commanded him to offer his beloved son Isaac. Although Isaac was the child through whom God's covenant would continue, Abraham obeyed because he believed that God was able even to raise the dead. This resurrection faith became the climax of Abraham's walk with God and revealed complete trust in the Lord's power over life and death. Through this example, everyone was encouraged to place their confidence fully in God, believing that He remains faithful even in the most difficult circumstances.

As the 2026 Bible Camp came to a close, participants looked back with gratitude for the many lessons learned through the lives of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph. They were reminded that a life of faith is marked by obedience, perseverance, hope in God's promises, and unwavering trust in His sovereign plan. The closing service encouraged everyone to carry these lessons into their daily lives, continuing to walk by faith rather than by sight, just as the great ancestors of faith did before them.

Following the closing service, they shared grace together overall regarding the bible camp. Through this, they were able to share their hearts and testimonies of the gracious time. After this, participants gathered together at a nearby park for a joyful BBQ fellowship. There, they ate together, talked, and played games while enjoying a delicious meal together. Everyone cherished the opportunity to strengthen their fellowship in the Lord, bringing the 2026 Bible Camp to a memorable conclusion.
